What is this about?
Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to supporting small businesses across the country.
Founded by American Express in 2010, this day is celebrated every year on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It is all about shopping “small” businesses in your neighborhood! This may be small business Saturday but it is a really big deal for your local family owned “brick and mortar establishments”. What you spend in your home town stays in your home town. Businesses, like Golden Cockatoo, are employing your friends and family, they cater to your needs, they will get that “one thing you just can’t get anywhere else”… and it’s our day to recognize our customers by taking advantage of American Expresses program and hope that we see you and your feathered friend spending your $10 American Express credit here at the Golden Cockatoo.
